A projector needs to be mounted in a small hall, it would ideally be in a cage to protect it and be covered by a 3 year warranty which would preferably cover the bulb. The ceiling is false and the true ceiling is less than a metre above that.
Currently the school have a powered glitter ball where the projector would need to go, this would need to be re-located. Power should already be available in the ceiling due the ball, or it could be run from sockets on the main wall.
A screen is currently in place but this would be replaced with an electric version, it would need to be on stand offs, again power is available nearby.
To the right of the current screen is a trolley, this will be disposed of shortly and we would request you supply a new cabinet which would be suitable for placing a laptop on top of and holding the amplifier. This is where we would like the video port from the projector to terminate
As it is a fairly small hall, we think 2x Speakers would be sufficient and could these be placed to the left and right of the screen. We would need an amplifier to drive them and a wireless microphone to connect to it so they can use it as a PA System.
