We are currently experiencing problems with our telephone system and need to find an economic solution to the following issues:-
We have 3 phone lines and approx. 10 internal extensions.
1. One phone line is connected to the fax number and so if a parent calls 1471 they get the fax machine instead of the office.
2. There is no internal transfer facility for several of the extensions.
3. One line is connected to an partially unmanned extension and there is no voicemail facility.
