We are currently experiencing high costs on the leasing/maintenance of our machines and would like to look at some comparative costs.
Could you therefore please provide me with a quotation as follows :
1. Like for like 5 yr lease deals
2. Outright purchase costs and associated service contracts
We have 11 machines in the building including HP Laserjet printers in the offices. The photocopiers machines are:
1 x 90 cop/min
1 x colour of 45 cop/min
7 x 25 cop/min
2 x machines of 16 cop/min,
All our machines are networked and include scanners. The machines also have a fax facility. The management system is controlled by Equitrax.
Last year we made an average of: 2.300.000 copies in B&W and 150.000 colour copies.
I have provided the above information in order to receive a general quotation from you. I would like to stress that at this moment in time this is a general enquiry and we are purely looking at comparative prices. We will of course be in touch if we decide to take this further.
