School needs a portable/temporary building which houses 2 classrooms (around 60-65 sq m) plus a central area providing storage to each classroom and a lobby area. Likely to be for a period of 5 years preferably on an annual renewable hire agreement. Classrooms needed for September 2008. Disabled ramp access will be required.
