1. Grass cutting - to cut all grassed areas front and back of the school (inc the steep bank at the front) to an appropriate height (depending on the weather etc) for 15 cuts throught the growing season (April to late October).  This would roughly work out to the following timetable:-

April to late October: 1 cut every 2 weeks
Except for August when we require only 1 cut in early August and I cut in late August.

2. Fallen leaf collection - collection and removal of the fallen leaves from the playground areas from late October onwards, if we need this to be later or earlier we will contact by phone.

3. Maintenance of the planting in beds/borders - routine maintenance.

4. General - keep neat and tidy, ensuring that plants are trimmed so that none of the shrubs or bushes overhang paths and walkways or become too tall.  All weeds especially nettles and thistles to be eliminated.  Borders will be weeded and trimmed approximately every 9 weeks to a maximum of 4 visits per year.  Trimming every 9 weeks would roughly work out to the following timetable.  Late April, late June, late August and late October.
