We are looking to lease/rent a photocopier that we can use with the schools computer network (both admin & classroom) which will:
1. Produce both colour and black & white copies
2. Black & white production rate approx 45ppm
3. The ability for scanned items to be displayed on whiteboards
4. Password protected boxes
5. Price to include toner, spare parts and full service cover
