LEASE OF PHOTOCOPIER WITH MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

We are looking to change our lease contract for our photocopier - we need it to perform the following functions.

To produce A4 and A3 black/white copies only.
Minimum of 40 copies per minute. 
To produce double sided copies.
Enlargement and reduction feature.
Efficient running without paper wastage.
Paper used generally 80gsm but we would like the machine to accept re-cycled paper. 
Staple option.
Price to be beaten
